Based on dimensions of the 5000mah Pro 12 AWG lipo that AE sells, two packs side by side would give dimensions of the following:

50.8mm Wide
138mm Length
46mm Height

in comparison to a PQ4900mah 4S PolyRC softcase lipo (this is what I ran in MBX5 prior to getting the RC8E)

46mm Wide
140mm Length
42mm Height

I am hoping that AE did leave alittle room to put in some foam pads to tighten things up. Need to confirm what is the exactly dimensions of the tray.

As for finding 4S packs that fit, I think trakpower could easily make a 4S lipo that would fit fine. They already do a 3S hardcased one. Could be easy for them to make a legal 4S case one too.

You may be able to find some 5S packs that could work, softcase of course.
