I spoke with Ralph at RC America and they expect to get the
T2'009 kits in about 2 weeks. No price yet, but it will definitely not change between 12/31/2008 and 1/1/2009. Also, the first shipment has kits for US and Canada so LHS will get them at about the same time. Follow the link if you want more details.
