Derek, don't be put off by the carb stories. As others here on the forum have stated, there is nothing wrong with the Go carbs.
The longer LSN needle just tunes a little different, that's all. It does give a very smooth flow of power to the motor when tuned correctly. Here in NZ pretty much all of us run the long LSN motors (Gen 4 and 5) with great success. As stated the motors are now coming out with a traditional short LSN that tunes like any other motor. Value and performance for your dollar, you won't get a better deal than a Go motor
