grease...build up inside engine/tools
i just got a new truck today used with a wasp .28
i put in a medium traxxas plug, and she fired up besides foward not engaging the engine sounded good, well i pulled the plug back out and it had alot of grime on it,looked like almost grease......question is if you pull a glow plug and its junked up with dirt/grease should i completely tear apart and clean the engine,i mean it did start,so i know the engine is not smoked.......and it would be my first time tearing an engine apart
now i dont have the fly wheel or the clutch tool, do i need them or can i swing it with regular tools....and i think i remembered a tool for locking the piston....i know i know its my first time even thinking of tearing an engine down.
im gonna search the forums also just thought id run it by you guys right quick....
so quick re-cap
-buid up on the glow plug-should i tear the engine apart and clean?
-tools-do i need certain tools to do this(flywheel tool, clutch tool..ect)or can i wing it with regular tools?
