Do you guys know what base this engine is, like picco or sirio etc.

Im think of getting a 2007 version of this, not the 2008 version, any comments or suggestions on this?

if picco base, from what i was told, would picco plugs etc fit this engine, we have serpent dealer here who stocks mega engine parts, which i know are picco based.
