ahhh.. I totally read over the 58t/48p part. I hardly ever think about 48p anymore.


While on the topic of gears, how is everyone gearing a 10.5 outdoors? on Novak's website, they recommend a rollout of 51mm for a 10.5 in a 12th scale. That would be a 26/88 with fresh out of the box Jaco Prisms. Currently, I'm running my 10.5 with a 36/88 ratio () and the motor is still in the correct temp range after an 8 minute race. I assume the 51mm rollout was for tight, indoor carpet tracks? I've got a big race coming up this weekend and need to know where I should start out for gearing on a large outdoor parkinglot track. I've never run brushless in a 12th scale until I got my DB12R 2-3 weeks ago.
