Well the guy looks like he knew what he was looking for, but the possibility he did not know what he was doing. He just took the unboxed cars and ran, no grabbing radios or anything. He eather knows what he is doing, or just really dumb.

le. The Shop I used to work at had a bunch of Pedes and Rustlers and a couple EMaxx's taken, pretty aggravating when its just a small shop trying to make it work. Lamest of the lame for sure
