While I have the Lipo's and have the car balanced up, tonight is actually the first night that they are legal at our club.
Today while sliding it around the kitchen floor and into a few chair legs the battery kept falling out.
I was using the MS battery strap, I've gone back to tape. The MS strap is way to soft|flexible, and the IP3800 are very slippery and rounded edges.
The MS strap was 19g.
A stiffer strap might work. It might pay o think about an Aluminium one, as a lot of weight is needed on the right hand side.
I think I mentioned it, you need about 6mm of padding under the strap with an IP3800. And the foam I tried was very hard.
