Sounds like you have a few issues
1. find some one who will help you set the car up and pay attention to what they say.
2. there is nothing wrong with the 415msx they are a great car.
3. I currently run a JADD spool and an S400 rear gear dif and all is sweet plenty of turnin and easy to maintain then it is just set up for the track.
4. I am only a very average driver and only concentrate on being consistent,this must win bullshit drives more people away from the sport, Have some fun when you are racing.
5. If you cannot do that sell your gear and get out.
