Alexracinguse.com has a lot of the useful tips, namely building the chassis flat. You should also be careful not to overtighten the spur gear screws. I've also found with teh stock graphite drive shaft it can get wobble from when you put the alloy ends on and tighten the grub screws. You can make sure it's straight by rolling it on a flat surface, without the grub screws in you can manopulate it to get rid of any wobble you find.
