It depends on how picky you are. you really only need to ream out either the arm holes, or the caster block holes. otherwise you may start having pins slide out. I would suggest the arms themselves so you don't have pin weight to twist. mcmaster seems to have a reamer in every size but the price is really dependent on the style. chucked reamers seem to be the cheapest.
