How about this, something I picked up from some track in HK.
The low of the hour hh:00 - hh:29 --> 1/8th has the privilege
The high of the hour hh:30 - hh:59 --> 1/10th has the privilege
Now, it would be useless to have rules without penalties wouldn’t it? Have you guys thought about what if we actually come up with something on the rules. What’s for penalties when somebody are in violation of it?
Example: I’m running 1/8th and it’s 10:18, low of the hour, therefore I have the privilege. If a crash took place like in the case of Mr. X with his 1/10th, regardless of how it happened and whose car was damaged the most, the 1/10th driver must pay for all damages. Whereas if it was, say, 15:35, high of the hour, then I would have been the one to pay. How much? Well, all repairs must be done by any of the three hobby shops in Senayan, whereby they determine the cost of the repair.
It’s just an idea. What else can we do? A gallon of fuel per violation?

But I’m sure you guys would agree that without penalties no rules will prevail.
Again, remember IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU because we have not seen Barry Baker so far at Senayan, it has always been some other guy.
