What type of paint are you using with your Badger? If you are using acrylics I can offer you some helpful suggestions. I use a 150 for my detailed work and a 175 Crescendo for large cover areas and have had good results with acrylics.

In between coats I run water through the airbrush to keep any paint from drying inside I also rinse the jar cover with the siphon tube to keep the paint from drying in the tube.

For really dried on paint there is a dried paint solvent made by Model Master #50495. You can soak the parts in this to help remove the paint build-up (if it's really bad) or use the small cup that comes with your airbrush and just spray it through the gun when you begin to notice a little build-up.

I hope this helps!
