Separate tracks for different scales? For gas and electrics too? For Stock and Mods too? Tracks aren't cheap

Who was there first? You mean which car was put on the track first OR who came earlier? If I had put my car ON the track first but then my HP rang and I chatted on the phone for a whole 20 minutes (and all the while the car sat on the track and I stood at the drivers' stand), does the other guy then get to run his car while I'm on the phone (which he could not tell how long it would last). And when I hung up, he had to quickly get his car off the track? ----- unless I am missing something -----

Anyone else got a better idea?
