Yo , Nitro WD, you should replace them if there worn, and in the future you should use a good grease on the dog bone ends, Mugen super joint grease P/N B0330, or Associated black stealth grease is kewl P/N 6588, there are other greases out there but these are pretty good, make sure you check for wear in between races, and replace grease if its dry, well hope this helps.
