with my limited testing i have found that on a smaller track the 19t Money motor is just a fraction faster, but on a medium to larger (basket ball size track) the 10.5 whips A$$ by a mile.
I have both br and bl setups and at the moment i'm finding that i am more constant with the br setup due to being used to drive br more than bl.
If your pretty new to 12th then go down the bl ruote..
