I tried that! i 'll be damned if this wheel is not like welded on, I am at the point where I need to dremel the metal bell a bit on both sides of the shaft to loosen it up a tad. This freakin thing is stuck like a weld! I was wacking it with the hammer, from every possible direction and its not budging! I even measured the damn shaft with my calipers to see if the bell is moving forward at all! Nothing! It's dremel time!
