However,
1. Yes, the "hockey puck" that comes with the kit fits in the stock spur gear's place and adapts to standard 48p or 64p spur gears.

2. Given the above, pretty low.

3. Holes with 4 positions. 3racing motor mount is slotted, and other aftermarket ones may be too.
