I am trying to understand the concept behind the number of the turns on the motor.
I have a 17 turn motor, I bought a 24 turn motor for more acceleration.
The way it was explained to me by a friend is that the turn# is how many times the pinion gear will turn in 1 second.
If this is true wouldn't the 24 turn motor be more of a top end motor rather than for acceleration?
It seems like if the motor turns less times in one second it would be more acceleration, Right?
or maby I'm WAY OVER my head.
