He doesn't mention what charger he has. It sounds like it's a charging problem not a battery cell problem.

As mentioned before if you can set the delta peak make it .06v per cell or .08 and try it again. Better yet if your charger has a feature for a long lock out use that for 3-4 minutes. If you can change the delta peak do it but then monitor the cells for excessive heat. Towards the end of their charge stop charging if the pack gets so hot you can't leave your hand on it.
