The denting on the 0801 all comes down to how good of a driver you are and how well you protect the pipe. My dad (22racer) has a few dents in his 0801 pipe but I have had mine for the same amount of time and I don't have any dents at all. We both run Kyosho WC's and mine has the pipe exhaust protector for it. I think that helped a lot in this case.

So far, the gen5 5 port and .25 have been great in both my WC and RR. I don't plan on switching anytime soon.
