It has come to our attention that the new 30% Smaller Venom Fail Safe, which began selling on April 28, 2003, has a compatibility problem with FutabaŽ style Servo Plugs that feature the side tab
When a FutabaŽ style plug is inserted into the Fail Safe, the side tab causes damage to an internal circuit, eliminating any servo response.
Well it just so happens that I had a Futaba J connector on my HiTec digital servo, so apparently this was the cause of the problem. It says that Venom will repair my fail safe, but it says nothing about servos that have been damaged due to the problems with their failsafes. I really hope they'll do something about my 95 dollar paperweight... oops I mean 5925 digital servo that was destroyed by their product
