250 is a fair bit of weight. The two guys I know that are doing it with balance weights have them everywhere and their cars are heavier on the electrics side. I copied JimmyMac's idea below. With the SMC 4000 lipo, PPD stainless steel base, and 2.2oz lipo lead my car was 1496 so the rest was easy with balance weights
