I believe way back in the day Mike Queller had something to do with being able to get foam donuts and mount them, there was a recent thread with some contact info for him.
You can call ATS in Italy and try to get foam from them since they mount their own, the idea going around the industry is that ATS, Jaco, Kyosho (maybe) and everyone else gets their foam from basically the same place in Japan and then they are mounted by various companies or even mounted by the one company to other companies spec's like Twister and IDM tires and just resold.
