False peak would usually occur before that amount was delivered to the batt. Did you run these flat before charging? They may have had some charge in them when you charged them so you really don't know much about them yet capacity wise. My new ones typically take several cycles to show me what they are going to be like.

Some new pacs need a breakin type charge for the initial charge. Prob a little late now, def set delta peak 3 -5mv and the peak delay to 3min. Batts should not be getting too hot to hold - if they are back off charge rate. As then get few cycles on them, bump charge rate back up and see how hot they get.
