I actually wouldn't beleive anything that the CDC says. It just seems to be WAY WAY off compared to other chargers. I have BRAND NEW Reedy X-Cell team packs and they recorded only a bit better then 414m11's numbers. I'll compare results from CDC to a Victor charger soon.
