With the words 'TAC 2008' on the photo, I assume that he has proof of motor tampering at TAC 2008. Like I said before, I can't see any TAC 2008 or driver's id. number label on the motor.
Unless somebody is willing to show a tampered motor with the driver's id. no. label, I assume motor 'tuning tricks' or 'enhancements' will still continue.
