A question about the idleing though. When I start it up and it's idling it will kindof inch forward, at times, but that's it (which I think it is suppose to do). However, after I run it at full throttle for a few seconds and then lay off the throttle completely and it's idling, the clutchbell is still spinning SOMETIMES.

Should I add remove a couple of spacers to the clutchbell (increaase gap btwn shoe and bell), or tighten down on the clutch spring or richen up the gas or all of the above.

Thanks, Duc
yr clutch bell is binding to the shoe likely...

try in this sequence (if 1st doesn't solve yr issue, move to 2nd, etc...):
1. lower yr idle.
2. tighten yr clutch spring by half a round.
3. increase clutch gap by 0.1-0.2mm; thus yr endplay will need to be reduce accordingly.

hope these helps...
