Well, I have finally pieced my CRC CK3.2R together to the point where I can start contemplating electronics. Seeing as how I have never raced 1/12 scale before, I plan on running 4-cell stock. I have a Futaba R133F receiver and S9601 steering servo, however, I'm having trouble deciding on a motor and ESC. For the time being, a brushless system is a bit beyond my budget so I'm looking for a good brushed stock motor; the Orion Core Stock and Trinity CO27 Pro, in particular, have caught my eye. As far as ESCs go, I've been looking at the LRP QC3, Tekin FX Pro, and the Novak GTX. I'm just not quite sure what is best for my application. Would anybody care to offer some advice?
