The HSN is where it was from the factory (flush). The LSN is 1 3/4 turns in from flush.
Idle gap i about .7 mm.
The engine runs great, it goes straight back to an even idle when I'm off the throttle.
Has good clean take off after 10 seconds.
MassiveMods might be onto something with the exhaust seal. There is a tiny bit of movement when I move the header side to side. There is no oil mess around this area though.
Could the exhaust leaking out where the header connects to the engine cause a lack of pressure so fuel is not being pushed for a split second?
What is this engine in? Truggy? What type of clutch are you using? It could also be a brake hang up, linkage adjustment, servo horn loose, low battery.
