I had an old plug around that I put in to get it running. Does the plug matter after the engine is running? I am running Monster 20% fuel in it. This is the same fuel that I am running in my OS18. I am not sure if it is the clutch or not, the engine just won't rev up on the low end. It bogs for a while, then it will slowly gain speed. Top end is good, I just don't know if it is stuck in 2nd gear or not. Every now and then I think I hear it shift. I am going to set the shift point in the middle and go from there.

Yes, the plug does make a difference after the engine is started. Not as big a difference as you are experiencing though. Check to make sure the throttle is actually opening all the way. Since you have recently switched engines, and adjustment to the linkage will likely be necessary. If you have allready done that, assume it is in second gear and tighten the adjustment screw a little. The pinch test for low-speed needle adjustment, must be performed after main needle is set. Main needle (high speed) adjustments make mixture changes accross the entire throttle range. Pinch test at idle will reveal mixture conditions at idle, but does not isolate which needle needs to be adjusted, unless the main needle is set first!
