Thanks guys, When I re-did the bearings in the gearbox I put the pinion against the bearing an then put the coupler against the bearing on the outside and I really think that is why I ruined it? the rear has about a 32nd of play and it looks perfect? I reasembled the new parts and I have about the same f/r now and I am going to keep a close eye on it?
