R...send it in...we don't charge to replace receiver wires.
RC Corral...it depends on what is wrong with the product. If it has to be replaced it can be a few weeks before you get it back. If it's a simple fix (heatsink came off, new case, wires, etc) we can generally get it back out to you fast. Put my name on it if you need it back in a hurry and it's something that can be easily fixed.
