They look like JC Bar codes to me.
Here is a pic of the JC bar code and a pic of the BK Bar...............the red lines on the BK Bar indicate where the Prolines I saw at the Nats had the bar extended inwards. The green lines show how the BK Bars points dont line up straight across the tire. The Proline versions lined up straight across.
