MEN0, where are you running? are you out in the street are back yard, or are you racing on a track? out in the yard it really don't matter. if you are on a track, there could be a couple more questions. are the straightways long/short. are there a lot of turns? basically for a track that has a lot of turns and short straights use a pipe and header that has a lot of low end grunt (torque). for fewer turns and long straights, use a highend for top speed.
i running the buggy in a technical small track,the straight part is small,with some turns.
