Hey my 2nd channel is refusing to work. Iv'e tried both servos so it has to be the receiver. Is my receiver ****ed up?

The radio gear is from my old rtr. I was going to upgrade to a dx3.0 so i can use both my gpx4 Pro and my rtr hyper 10.
