I've been running a bls351 on steering and a bls451 on throttle. I'd say anything close or over 150 your good to go on steering and any thing close to 100 is good for throttle. The nice thing bout those servos is if you happen to strip the plastic gear it $6 for a 5 pack and they take the same gear.....
