My opinion is that if you are going to do club racing then get the EP 4200 , cheap and great qulity mine peaked at 4654 mah and i had 31 minutes of run time with a vecto 5.5 turn brushless motor . they are capable of delivering a huge amount of power for 30 minutes with my motor .

But you are loking for some better cells for serious racing get the orion sho 4200 , mine peaked at 4580 and i had 15 minutes of runtime with same motor but i had an incredible , unbelievable amount of power for the full runtime . they are incredible .

I wouldnt recomend the IB cells at all i had 3 packs of them and they failed .

thats just my opinion.
Come on, 31mins with a 5.5 brushless? I don't believe there is a NiMh you can get 31mins of runtime not even with a stock motor.
