From the tone of your questions, it seems you have little experience breaking-in engines. I would seek the assistance of someone at a local Hobby shop or local driver that is willing to help you.
I always lube my piston and sleeves before first firing them to break-in to ensure they have some lube while I try to turn the engine over for the first time.

The high speed needle should be closed a quarter turn from factory settings to ensure you fire it up the first time, then fatten it up by opening it slowly once the engine is running.
