I am very sorry that there was a delay in your order and that there was a connector missing. Could you tell me who it was that you talked to here. I would like to talk with them regarding your order and get to the bottom of why there was such a delay. Our turn times are currently between 24-48 hours so two weeks is a huge anomaly. I understand that is free T shirt is like a "slap in the face" after this sort of long delay and I am very sorry that we did not make you a raving fan. I can assure you that our goal is to make every customer a raving fan.

As for any errors in shipping and a reversed connection on the pack, there are 3 different checks that take place here to keep from sending out the wrong items and keep these sort of things from happening. Three people had to drop the ball on your order for this to happen. The fact that there was an issue with both your order and your friends order is very, very rare. In fact, I can only remember one order that had a reversed connection on the pack.

Again, I am very sorry for the delay and error. We really do appreciate your business and hope that we can make it right for you. I will have a meeting with production and shipping in the morning regarding your order to get to the bottom of it and insure that it will not happen in the future.
