If you're not using your starter box a lot, the 1800s might be ok. I'm using a3000mah in mine for my crt.5. My y1/8th use a full size gel cell. I've never had the 3000 go out before I was ready to quit for the day.

I haven't bought venom's, but I suspect they're chinese cells like the rest of the generic stick pac, rx pac builders use to build their pacs from. They work pretty well and give decent service for the price. Batterys are really an area where you get what you pay for. Ballistic makes a 5c rx pac that will last 3x as long as aa generic, but it costs 2x as much.
