Depends on the tracks you run etc. Personally I'm driving the 5p Turbo in my OCM and it's plenty or power and suit's our tracks better. As you are coming from the monster power .28 I believe you'd like the 5p more. If you have more flowing tracks where you can benefit from the 7p mid-upper range, pair it forexample with the 0801 FEMCA pipe, tune your clutch and you should be good to go.
