Assuming that you know how to select the Steering EPA function...Then, you have to fully turn (and hold) the steering wheel to the right (and left) until an asterisk ("*") appears on your radio's screen. While the asterisk is showing, you can adjust (using the round knob) the amount of steering in that direction.

When possible, I try to adjust the linkage settings on my car to make both sides steer equally; as opposed to using this function on my radio. Same applies to centering my steering so my radio function is set at zero.
