This whole thing wouldn't be a problem if the tech inspections were better. EFRA approves of the pipes, they should be able to check them thoroughly at the event. I don't know how the tech inspections are at worlds events but you'd think they'd be able to tech pipes. On a side note, I've been running the new style 2611 pipe for over a year, its nothing new. This seems like a paperwork technicality to me. At a Worlds event this is pretty much expected, but if you took this same argument to a U.S. major event it would be considered a pretty lame protest. Chris has been using the pipe since last year at the Nationals.
