if max amps puts out a 5000 battery and claims its a 20c battery, then later puts out a 5000 battery and claims its a 35c battery, and the testing or formula for getting the c rating was the same for both batteries, then yes there is a difference,

and reedy puts out a 5000 battery and claims its a 30c
but they used two different testing methods or formulas to get thier respective C rating, THEN YES, THE C RATING IS MEANINGLESS.
and thats what we are/were discussing, C ratings between different companies that print a label and stick it on someones elses battery. and its probably the same dang battery as there is only about 3-4 companies that actually make a lipo
