Although I don't have any idea what you're talking about, I can tell you this: We're planning to have a track watering "crew" of TCRC members so this shouldn't be a concern.

Again, I'm not sure what you're getting at here and I'm not sure why you didn't mention your concern while I was at the track on Saturday. Nonetheless, we're going to have the computer to randomly set up the heats.
