As sosidge mentioned, the spring clips are primarily for adjusting ride height and adding a whole bunch of them to eliminate bottoming out will just make your truck bounce crazily when landing as the shocks aren't allowed to do their thing. What you need to look into is changing the shock oil to a heavier weight oil, or just heavier springs, and that will keep the shocks from cycling so quickly and allowing the truck to bottom out like it's doing.
