I have a question about using two of your batteries in an E-Revo, would it be best to try and find two packs with close numbers ?( ie: discharge time,voltage, i.r.) or would it not make much of a difference ?
i know about the cut off confusion already and have switched to a novak hv maxx controller and purchased a 14.4 capable external cutoff, which will be wired directly through the esc.
if any one else is interested..traxxas had originally recommended utilizing 2 separate cutoffs wired to the batteries...which basically just caused the speedo to short out and cook the lipos...novak has much more info on this if you call them they'll explain everything you noeed to do to avoid this using lipos in the new erevo with brushless or brushed
