Ex Tech 5 or 6 if you can get em. Or NR 5/6 is a good choice.OS P4 (what I'm currently using with very good results) in a pinch will also work.

I simply ran it, did not remove/seal anything Well...wait, I did put a dab of O2 Safe sealant on each side of the pinch bolt. That's it though.
