Default MaxAmps Cells
Here is a discharge graph of our current 3000 cells and our older version 3000 cells at 20C. As you can see it is at 64 amps(over 20C) tested on a CBA with the X10 add on. I will also try and dig up our graph of the current 5000 cells and post it here as well. I am not sure what is wrong with the MaxAmps packs you are testing or the setup that you are using but I can assure you that they will perform very well at 20C constant.
